Welcome to New Gmt Public School

Founded in 2016, New G.M.T. Public School, Ludhiana has been named after late Sardarni Gur Kaur Thind, the inspiring spirit behind the project.
New Gur Kaur Memorial Trust Public School, popularity known as New G.M.T. Public School is a Secondary School in Bhatha Dhua, which is going to be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
The School at present is muttering the strength of more than 500 students keeping realizing than that “Knowledge is Bliss” which is our motto. The basic aim of the school is to provide not only an academic excellence but enable the students to accept challenge in the future. Keeping our objective of all round development in mind. The school provide the right foundation required to face the competition world that lies ahead of them.

NEW GMT PUBLIC School seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success though development-appropriate instruction that allows for innovative techniques to enhance life long learning through technology, multiple intelligences, varied instructional strategies, and interdisciplinary units. We share our cultural background to nurture growth responsibility and productivity by celebrating our diversity within a positive school-wide atmosphere and by promoting sportsmanship, school spirit, and pride in ourselves through our daily studies and our educational accomplishments. Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers and community members actively involved in our student’s learning. .

Our Motto

The ethos of the school is deeply embedded in its motto. ‘Knowledge is bliss,’ which means, ‘knowledge, self-respect and welfare.’ This motto reflects the main motive which emphasizes the overall development of the child’s personality which enables them to gain self esteem and work for the nation’s well-being or prosperity. Self respect is a part of the children’s personal armoury of positive attributes. It is the benchmark upon which the child’s values and morals are shaped. The clay is sculptured in such a way as to prove beneficial not only to themselves and their families but also to the society. It is a concept that deeply influences in greater or lesser degree, the thought process, the value system and the way of life of its pupils. .
